Princess Kate, the Princess of Wales, shared a heartwarming anecdote about her daughter, Princess Charlotte, during a visit to the Vsi Razom Community Hub in Bracknell last October. The Princess revealed that on a particular morning, her eight-year-old daughter showcased her talent for singing, which brought a delightful smile to Kate’s face.

While interacting with an eight-year-old Ukrainian refugee named Liza, Kate crouched down to her eye level and recounted the moment. She mentioned that she had heard Charlotte singing the song “Shine Jesus Shine” that morning, and it filled her heart with joy. This sweet gesture from her daughter brightened Kate’s day in an unexpected yet profoundly touching way.

The anecdote highlights the close bond between Princess Kate and her daughter, as well as Charlotte’s emerging talents and ability to bring happiness to her mother through her innocent actions. It serves as a reminder of the simple yet meaningful moments that can bring joy to parents, even amidst their busy lives and responsibilities.

The interaction between Kate Middleton and her daughter Princess Charlotte during a recent royal engagement provided an insightful glimpse into the musical preferences of the young royals. When Kate mentioned a song she had heard that morning, Charlotte’s excited response prompted Kate to inquire if she recognized the tune and if it brought her joy.

This exchange aligns with Prince William’s previous revelation about the morning routines in their household, where Prince George and Princess Charlotte often engage in friendly debates over which music to play. William explained that both children have inherited a profound love for music from the royal family, albeit with vastly different tastes.

While Charlotte favors upbeat tunes like Shakira’s “Waka Waka” to start her day, George gravitates towards the classic rock sounds of AC/DC. Prince William expressed amazement at how early his children have developed their distinct musical preferences, leading to playful disagreements over the morning playlist.

The heir to the throne has shed light on the musical inclinations of his offspring, revealing a delightful scenario where he must allocate turns for each child to indulge in their melodic pursuits. “I have to prioritize that one day, someone takes their turn, and on another day, it is someone else’s opportunity. So, George gets his turn, then Charlotte gets hers. Such is the clamor for music,” he stated in a formal manner.

However, the future monarch emphasized that his children’s passion for music has filled him with pride. He expressed his enjoyment in witnessing all three children “dancing, messing around, and singing” to the tunes of their choosing.

Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales had previously divulged the breakfast preferences of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis before they embark on their day of learning at Lambrook. During her visit to Stockwell Gardens Nursery and Pre-school, Kate shared with the staff the morning routine of her children.

The school manager, Michelle Samuels, later revealed that Kate had informed her that the royal siblings enjoy a simple breakfast consisting of cereal and apples. Samuels recounted to today.com, “She mentioned to three of the children that her own children enjoy apples and cereal in the morning, which sparked a conversation with the children about their own preference of fruits.”
