Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, have adopted contrasting approaches to recovery and medical matters. While Kate continues to rest and maintain a low profile after undergoing surgery, Meghan Markle has taken a different stance.

Kate Middleton, a prominent figure within the royal family, has withdrawn from public duties since undergoing abdominal surgery in January. The details of her condition have not been disclosed, as Kensington Palace has stated that it is not cancer-related and that the Princess wishes to keep her personal medical information private.

In contrast, Meghan Markle’s approach to recovery and medical matters while in the public eye has been markedly different from Kate’s. This divergence in their approaches highlights the varying perspectives and choices made by the two individuals regarding their health and public presence.

Resting and taking it easy might be the preferred recovery approach for Princess Kate, but her sister-in-law Meghan Markle is reported to have a different perspective and favor alternative medicine instead. According to Prince Harry’s autobiography ‘Spare’, Meghan is a proponent of homeopathy.

When Prince William was suffering from a cold, Meghan offered him “some of her homeopathic cure-alls. Oregano oil, turmeric.” However, Kate is not a supporter of this type of medicine, as Harry described that his brother William “seemed charmed, moved, though Kate announced to the table that he’d never take such unconventional remedies.” This account highlights the contrasting views on alternative remedies between the two sisters-in-law.

The National Health Service (NHS) website states: “Homeopathy is a complementary or alternative medicine. This signifies that homeopathy differs from treatments that are part of conventional Western medicine in significant ways.”

In a recent video clip, Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales was observed engaging in a cordial conversation with His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales during a shopping excursion in Windsor on Saturday. The footage depicted The Princess carrying a shopping bag, accompanied by The Prince, who also carried a bag, as they exited the establishment and proceeded towards the car park.
